Android Vs iPhone
Android Vs iPhone
Both Android and iPhone are considered as the most popular phones in the market today as they offer a lot of features that you need to have on your smartphone. However, their design doesn’t differ much from each other in terms of hardware and software; only there is some differences in functionality. The most prominent difference is of course performance. iOS is faster than android while the latter can perform more tasks. It means that users get more benefits by buying Apple devices, as they will not be burdened with any battery drain and app updates issues. If you have an apple device then it would make more sense in case you wish to buy one.
However, things change when Android comes into picture. This phone has been designed with different technology at its core, which makes it quite hard for them to match up to any of the competitors. The major reason behind this change in software is Google, who has invested a vast amount of money in developing such technology. Now these two companies compete through apps which are available for both, so you cannot decide which company offers better services.
1. Android vs iPhone comparison
Both Apple and Google have invested a huge amount of money in producing mobile products. They even have similar technologies like OS, operating system, OS kernel, drivers, apps, etc. All these factors make it difficult to choose which among these two are best for you. But let us take a look at the specs which differentiate these two. There are many reasons why this list doesn’t exist.
The following points will help in making a proper choice among them:
a. Both are good phones but their functions vary in many ways.
b. Some people say that both are excellent. So check both thoroughly before deciding.
c. The prices of the two phones are almost identical. One of them costs $499 and the other is priced at $799. Both are quite expensive phones so if you are trying to save money, go for apple.
d. But for me personally, I don’t feel like spending that much just because I want my phone to excel in every aspect.
2. Comparison iPhone 5s vs Android 4.0
With all these options, what do we find? Here it is the table which gives the best combination between these two phones. We will see how efficient these two are in terms of design, speed, memory, camera, applications, etc. Just remember that it is important to understand the usage of each phone. In the given table, a lot of numbers have been added for quick reference.
Both have a big amount of RAM. It gives your application enough space to load and run smoothly without causing lag. For example, apps like youtube or social media will not stop loading unless you increase their size.
All of the apps are running fine on both phones, but sometimes the performance becomes slightly slower than normal. Sometimes, when launching an app on your device, it takes time to open or launch the same on another device. Either it happens to you or someone else has shared the exact same problem on multiple gadgets.
If possible try restarting the device to see if it works fine. Because depending upon how fast your processor is, even 10 minutes might cause trouble at times.
If you want to use full-screen mode then you should also switch off the notifications. Your notification panel is used to notify you whenever anything new is coming on your device. You can disable Notification settings to avoid unwanted notification alerts. Also, disabling Bluetooth to prevent data loss after switching over to Wi-Fi. And finally, never forget that Airplane mode is also quite useful to reduce distractions during long commutes. Finally, you can always turn down airplane mode to get rid of annoying sounds outside your headphones.
Both phones also come equipped with large storage spaces which are very helpful in storing all files related to your personal use. Although iOS lets you store images too, but these pictures are less clear, which is why I prefer using Camera Roll on iPhone.
To conclude, both devices are pretty simple to use with no additional complications to deal with. These days, even beginners are able to navigate around the phone easily by opening shortcuts which have already appeared on your own iPhones. These shortcuts make your life so easy because they work exactly the way they are supposed to be used. As far as performance goes, both devices are quite equal, which indicates that these smartphones are developed by equally talented engineers.
